We have recently welcomed Chloe Bryant-Dunn to the One Trust Board. Chloe is currently Head of Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Lloyds Banking Group and haspreviously held a variety of roles across the People function, including in Organisational Design and Business Partnering.
Chloe is an accomplished senior leader, who aims to be inclusive and genuine, operating with honesty and integrity, focusing on building outstanding teams and enduring relationships.

With experience operating in specialist and generalist leadership roles, complex change, communications delivery, and stakeholder management including working with executive teams. A modern leader, she is a go-getter, obtaining success by delivering complex and demanding transformational change programmes at pace.
Chloe hopes that her experience in the private sector, along with her relentless enthusiasm to learn, will support One Trust fulfil their ambition.
