David is an experienced management consultant with ten years of background as a non -exec and trustee.

David is a management consultant working on organisation design, development and reward issues with thirty years of experience.  He specialises in working with public sector and not for profit organisations including Central Government departments like the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury, Local Authorities, NHS Hospital Trusts, and charities.

David now runs his own reward consulting business.   David has seven year’s trustee experience including 18 months as the interim chair with  the Avenues Group, which provides support services for people with autism, learning disability and acquired brain injury across the South East.

David has a particular expertise in the people related issues of organisations.  In his spare time, he enjoys history and is learning French.
