Having practiced as a solicitor for 23 years, steering individuals through, often highly complex personal injury cases – I led on the realignment of the practice to diversify income sources and took responsibility for financial compliance, instigating and steering implementation of a cultural and procedural shift in financial/risk management.

The firm is in a strong position, ready for further growth, I wanted a new challenge hence I undertook my MBA.

Throughout my career I have always sought to balance the humanist with the businessperson within.  My intention post MBA, to find an organisation that had values matching my own where I could utilise my business skills for something truly worthwhile were rewarded when I was invited to join the One Trust Board.

To be a part of an Organisation dedicated to the wellbeing of individuals and their families, operating as a slick, efficient, business and with a determination to set the standard, and assist in its development, is a privilege.
