Chloe is currently Head of Safety, Health and Wellbeing at Lloyds Banking Group. Previous to her current role, Chloe has held a variety of roles across the People function, including in Organisational Design and Business Partnering.
An accomplished senior leader with experience operating in specialist and generalist leadership roles, complex change, communications delivery, and stakeholder management including working with executive teams. A modern leader, she is a go-getter, obtaining success by delivering complex and demanding transformational change programmes at pace.
She aims to be an inclusive and genuine leader, operating with honesty, and integrity, focusing on building outstanding teams and enduring relationships.
This has enabled her to grow expertise in key People disciplines such as employment law, reward, learning, talent and coaching, as well as broader transferable skills such as leading large change programmes and managing stakeholders including working across
large and often complex business divisions
Chloe is excited to be joining the One Trust Board of Trustees and support the Executive Team to ensure people with learning disabilities and their families receive optimal care. She is personally inspired by One Trust’s vision to be a leader in their sector and ‘raise the bar’ for people in their care, as well as others in the UK.
