Running for Sensory Equipment

On Sunday 3rd April  a team of fundraisers joined by our Director of Operations Louise Hayes will be running the Reading half marathon to raise funds for sensory garden equipment.  With funding secured from Wandsworth Council, and the recently awarded £10k from Tescos Bags of Help scheme, we are now only £2.5k short of the total needed to start phase 1 of the project.

Our runners have set up a Just Giving fundraising page which can be found here  The team have set a £500 target for their efforts (and blisters!) but it would be great to raise even more – please help them by spreading the word!

If you would like to donate another way, or set up your own fundraising event to help, please contact  We can assist you to get started with Just Giving, or provide promotional materials and publicity for your event through our website and social media.  There are lots of ways you can help (and they don’t all involve getting sweaty!).  Local schools, community groups, business, trusts etc. are often looking for ways to support projects in their communities – please let them know who we are and the exciting projects and services we provide.  Our service users and staff are very grateful for your ongoing support.
