Five Centres to Suit All Needs

Our centres provide a personalised approach, placing individuals in control of their own experiences. Daytime services operate from five main sites across the borough of Wandsworth between the core hours of 9am and 4pm.  Our newly refurbished Church Lane site houses the Complex Needs Hub, offering a wide range of activities and opportunities for people with profound and multiple disabilities. In addition, services operate from four social bases in Tooting, Putney, Battersea and Wandsworth Town.  Each is housed in shared facilities, well situated in their proximity to local attractions and amenities. The four social bases specialise in supporting people with varied disabilities and ASD, according to the preferences and therapeutic needs of the group attending. Activities can be flexible according to demand. Our service users are valued members of their community, using local facilities with our support and frequently patronising cafes, pubs and restaurants.

One Trust operates 52 weeks a year excluding bank holidays.
