Church Lane Complex Needs Hub

Our well designed and resourced Hub offers people with complex needs and profound learning disabilities a safe and welcoming environment.  Here people receive the care they require to support their physical needs, and to access a wide range of social and therapeutic activities.  Our newly refurbished facility is fully accessible – a tracking hoist system covers the building offering our service users the ability to be free from the restriction of their wheelchairs.  It also allows our team of carers to meet personal care needs in a well-equipped setting.  We have a high-spec, multi-purpose, interactive sensory room, fully equipped physiotherapy suite, massage room, music therapy suite and relaxation pods. We design and follow person centred support plans that compliment and maintain therapeutic programmes, whilst promoting choice and meaningful outcomes.

"We think of Church Lane as a home from home. There is always someone there to help out and our son loves going there. I would thoroughly recommend Church Lane to everyone" Janet Jenkinson | family carer
"I have absolute confidence in One Trust - my son has been in the service since he was 19 and loves it. He sees it as his second home, he goes out all the time and loves the life he leads. One Trust staff work well in partnership with other professional agencies such as therapists, and they always help me out with appointments. The staff keep me informed and my son has regular reviews which are wonderful - service user's needs and carer's needs are met at the same time. Service users always get a say even if they're non-verbal. Church Lane is a welcoming place. The sensory room is wonderful and my son loves the music and art sessions" Greta Adedeji | family carer
