Massage and Yoga

Massage and yoga have a proven positive effect on health and wellbeing.  The benefits are wide ranging and can include the reduction of stress, improved communication, stimulation of the senses and pain relief, as well as encouraging interaction and building trust. We have a well-equipped, purpose-built massage suite where our service users can take advantage of regular massage programmes or ad hoc sessions from our qualified massage therapist.  We also have a visiting yoga tutor, who provides relaxing sessions in the therapeutic environment of the sensory room and across the bases.
